I have been in the field of natural health for the past 17 years, making herbal soaps, lotions, and bath and body products. I have always had an interest in the healing arts and when the opportunity arose to go to school for Massage Therapy, well, it seemed a natural fit. I have a B.A. from the University of Delaware and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, by the State of Delaware Board of Massage and Bodywork. I am a member of ATMA.My strength and passion is massage for the athlete. Whether you play a specific sport, run, weight train or just lead an active life, it is important for you to take care of your muscles so you can stay at peak performance.
