Update on Roper Scam, we've been informed that our entire Atlas Chalet shingle roof requires replacement, cost today is $15,000. Roper Second Generation installed inferior, obsolete shingles to fleece the buyer and to profit the builder. That's called fraud and criminal theft. We've also been informed that a HVAC Westinghouse HVAC unit has been installed by Roper that will require a cost of $10,00 to replace. Melanie Roper left us with $85,000 in liens and then declared bankruptcy to walk away from financial responsibility to fund her daughters college. Shame on you Melanie and David.
