Residential Earthquake Retrofitters--We bolt & reinforce residential homes to their foundations so they won't separate during a large earthquake.

We work in the crawlspace or basement and anchor the wood structure to the foundation, brace the ponywalls with plywood and attach the flooring system with metal clips. SRC treats your home with respect and cleans up at the end of each day. We are a family run business and take VISA and Mastercard. We give free consultations, so that you can know exactly what would be involved.
