Sensual Fluidity Pole Fitness & Dance is a unique workout method using oft-misunderstood pole-dancing techniques as a way to lose weight, tone muscle, increase strength and flexibility and have fun. The trained professionals at Sensual Fluidity can teach clients more than a hundred acrobatic moves that not only look great, but provide a great workout. Classes are by reservation, we do allow Drop-Ins - Must call ahead of time before arrival. Open to women age 18 and up. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced-level classes are available, as are private lessons and parties for up to 15 guests. With several different class types to choose from there is something for everyone! And for those who want to continue their workouts at home, Sensual Fluidity is an authorized X-Pole distributor.
