Serenity Tree is dedicated to memoralize loved ones who's lives share the same passion for the outdoors that we and our friends do. Owned by Travis Nicely who started the company after being asked to build an urn for a close friend. After some thought, the perfect memorial came to mind, using a hollowed log as his vessel. He loved everything about the mountains, hunting, hiking, working, just spending time in the outdoors. Nothing on the market was able to represent the man he was as an old hollowed log could. Every urn originates buy being hand selected for its over all soundness and its strength in character. It is the true natural uniqueness of our urns that set them apart from others. Being that it is Mother Nature herself that creates the beauty and uniqueness no two can be the same. This is what sets our urns completely in their own league as truly being individualized. Unlike the majority of urns on the market being molded, cut, stamped and machined for mass production, ours can't be. Even urns turned on lathe's to expose natural wood grains carry the same shapes and sizes. All the knott's, burl's, twist's, cat face's and other natural defect's make our urn's unlike any other on the market. True craftsmanship and attention to detail amplify the natural beauty. Being that every urn is entirely built by hand, great attention and care is taken in all steps of the manufacturing proccess. Every piece being hand sanded and finished with a professional grade lacquor allow all the detail to be shown. All pictures are wood burned by hand by Travis Nicely himself. The sheet metal lids are painted to give a rustic appearance and secured with hex screws to allow limited access. The only urns that cannot be returned for a full refund are those damaged or that carried ashes. Travis Nicely is thirty years old and resides in Dillon Montana. He is a three deployment veteran of Iraq with the 2nd Ranger Battalion. He worked eight years in the utility construction industry, and held various positions in ranching and guided big game hunters.
