Have always used this business for my electrical work. HOWEVER. I worked with Jess Eastman to have a generator installed. I stayed with a local business as Jess told me parts were easy to get (from Milwaukee). I did this instead of going with GENERAC. However a part didn’t work and they were going to order this part. I waited patiently for this part to arrive. I finally texted Jess and called him to ask what was happening. No response. In desperation I asked my son to contact Jess. Guess what. A response was immediate. I feel that Jess treated me as a sexist subject and responded only when a man asked questions. I also feel that he did not follow up on this important part .
