Settlement Systems provides mediation and arbitration services, case evaluation, mock trials, aged pending "run-off" predominately in the Northeast. Our panel of independent neutrals is comprised primarily of more than 125 former Federal, State and local justices. Our core business is tort including (but not limited to): auto liability, commercial motor carrier, general liability, construction, labor law, toxic tort, libel, professional liability, sexual harassment, etc. We also have a separate panel of neutrals for labor and employment cases. We have handled in excess of 50,000 matters and continue to enjoy an 85%+ settlement rate at our non-binding conferences.
