Drain Cleaning for preventive maintenance

Offer" Preventive Maintenance Drain Cleaning". This is to avoid those inconvenient and usually always messy after hours calls .I have over 25 yrs experience in Drain Cleaning (Marion County and Alachua and surrounding areas) I feel this is a "New Service" because it is offered before its too late and you have to find someone "on call" to come out and "Snake" the drain. This method (Pressure cleaning) gets the pipe as close to "original" as possible. "Snaking" unclogs the pipe but there is still alot of "buildup" remaining behind which will usually lead to another Clog or Sewer Backup. I will also "inspect" certain plumbing areas "FREE" of charge and then (if necessary) will recommend a Reputable Plumber for the repair. Also I offer pressure washing for walls/walkways if needed.
