A retail store and meat processing plant. Processing beef, pork, venison, and all other wild game.

Farm butchers bring their meat to us for packaging. Hunters bring their deer, elk, wild boar, moose, caribou, ect. to us for processing and packaging. We package your meat in vacuum sealed packages with labels indicating the cut and weight. Our retail store has meats packaged for individual sale. Smoking is available for salmon too! We have lunchmeat, roasts, steaks, chops, anything you may want to throw on the grill tonight! Call ahead we'll even marinated for you and you can pick it up on the way home from work! Our pig roasts are phenomenal, Tim cooks each pig to perfection and serves it on site. Jerky, snack sticks, pig-in-the-blankets, chicken, ribs, and much more in the store.
