He seems nice at first, then goes psycho. He promised great quality with personal guarantee. I spent hundreds on boots that are falling apart a year later. i called to ask him to honor his guarantee. He told me to take the boots to a shoe repair place. I've already spent $50 on repairs and now the boots are failing in other places. I might as well get new boots from a real boot maker as it will cost me another $100 to maybe fix something that will fail someplace else...throwing good money after bad.
