Our company specializes in design and construction. We do remodeling and additions as well as new homes. Over the many years I have been in business I have worked to foster long term relationships with my clientele. The result has been that many of my clients have needed age specific remodeling work.Many of these are simple additions of grab rails, ramps and taller toilets.Many more have involved Designing and building mother in law additions, Kitchen remodeling with a focus on wheel chair access issues and bathroom remodels to accommodate wheelchairs.Our company owns a full service cabinet shop for building design specific cabinetry. Often a bathroom remodel will include shower design for roll in use this can be the difference between aging in place and needing to make other arrangements.A recent project was a new 3,600 square foot home on two levels.Incorporated into the design was a residential elevator, even though the clients were middle aged there long term goal is to retire in this home.Often the pre design work is the most important part of the process.We work with our clients to insure the long term use and enjoyment of there homes.In today's housing market it is more important than ever to have the flexibility to remain in our homes through out our retirement years. Our company's goal is to do just that provide options and solutions to the demands of Aging in place.
