Mr. Silverberg graduated college in 1991 from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a degree in engineering. He worked as a civil engineer on public sector transportation projects for eight years and is a licensed professional engineer. In 2003, Mr. Silverberg graduated from St. John's University School of Law in New York and has practiced construction law for over 10 years.
