We started out after a regional property management firm was in the market for a better way to conduct inspections of their properties. At the time they were using paper and pencil but knew that they needed a better, more efficient process. After extensive research SimpleInspector.com created our first app titled SimpleInspector that could be downloaded for the Apple App Store.SimpleInspector was aimed at the individual inspector and was only available on the iPad. Due to customer demand SimpleInspector.com set out to make a version that could run on any device. The enterprise version, SimpleInspector Team, is the best inspection software that is available for the property management industry. It was built on all the great features of our first product with great new features that allow real time collaboration.Future plans are to match the product to the specific needs of property managers, HOA managers, commercial managers, hospitality managers, recreational facilities managers and vacation property management.
