Salon Owner Terri Willoughby has been a licensed hairdresser since 1984 and loves the opportunity to make the world a little more beautiful one person at a time. Her widespread experience includes training in New York, Aveda, Paul Mitchell, working hairshows with Sebastian International, Goldwell, Graham Webb, and the newest passion of working with INOA: The revolutionary haircolor of the future.
