Sinclair Hille Architects was founded in 1981 in Lincoln, Nebraska by Principals Emeriti John E. Sinclair, AIA and Jim Hille, AIA. Lizabeth Kuhlman, AIA, LEED AP; Dan Grasso, AIA, LEED AP; Kevin Clark, AIA, LEED AP; John Kay, Michael Penn, AIA LC, LEED AP; and David Quade, AIA are principals in the firm. Sinclair Hille's staff of 24 includes ten registered architects, three project managers, one landscape designer, four intern architects, two contractural NDOR managers, and four support staff. Our areas of focus include student housing, university facilities, mulit and single-family housing, facility planning, mixed-use developments, office buildings, athletic facilities, master planning, feasibiltiy studies, public schools, restaurants, churches, retail, and financial institutions.
