Tom Amant is less than useless. He claims to be the manager,but when you ask him to do something, he says, "oh,I can't do that, you have to go to the council to do that." Wrong answer. The council members are volunteers, he is responsible for the day yo day operations of the community. Don't know what we pay him for?
