SKILLS Recycling is located at 60 Industrial Street in Waterville just down the road from Caswells and Eagle Rental. The center is NOT a municipal facility, but is a nonprofit program of SKILLS Inc whose employees are people with disabilities who take pride in providing an amazing range of convenient and environmentally friendly services for businesses and people throughout the entire Kennebec Valley area.
