Terrible customer service!

Unfortunately, I cannot give a good review. This company sold us 7 sets (14 barrels) of blow in insulation to the tune of over $23,000. We purchased closed cell insulation and was charged for it, but open cell insulation was actually shipped to us (which is cheaper than closed). It took us awhile to need the product and when we went to use it and realized it was the wrong stuff, they will not return our money, or exchange it even though it is not expired for another 4 months. We're basically stuck with a huge loss financially and inventory we cannot use and they say there is nothing they can do.
