Tenant screening is built into the dashboard. Credit reports, criminal reports, verification of ID and homeland security reports can be collected and stored in the virtual file cabinet. Properties and leases are added through a single entry system. Once entered, they populate the whole system with relevant data. The state compliant lease agreements are auto-populated and embedded with esign for the convenience of the tenant. Automated rent collection can be added through the system. Tenants and association members can pay rent and dues and variable charges through the tenant portal (ACH) or via IVR phone payments, for those who do not have a computer. Monthly statements are sent via email or USPS mail. Late rent payments automatically are charged a late fee, and late notices are sent. All accounting is automated when the subscriber uses automatic rent collection.
