We specialize in hickory smoked BBQ sandwiches , Ribs, BBQ nachos, Steaks, Icecream and snocones. We also cater to parties of 50 or more guests .

After extensive experimenting with flavors and procedures we have came up with an awesome set of BBQ flavors. After hickory smoking the meat for 7-9 hours with our secret dry rub we add your choice of 4 sauses to the meat on a kiaser bun...... you have a meal "fit for a king". We also bbq ribs and chicken and now we're getting into steaks with the hickory flavor too. We also serve nachos and bbq nachos, hot dogs and chili dogs, maybe even some polish sausage smoothered in bell peppers and onions served with djion mustard.. yummy... To top off your meal we have ice cream and on a hot night we have 8 flavors of sno cones .
