Lousy service, incompetent management

I sat in the drive-thru of this Sonic for over 20 minutes waiting for a large tots, and medium cheesestick, and 2 drinks because some moron in a Jaguar went through for 30 burgers and 30 tots. When we asked the manager why everyone else had to wait so long, we were told that they couldn't help us. This is the worst service and most incompetent manager I have had in a fast food joint in a long time. If this is the best Sonic can do, I will go elsewhere from here on out. Terrible experience.
