Our company offers machinery installation and machinery alignment . We use 1 arc second optical transits and levels with auto collimation technology. We install target monuments embedded into the concrete floor for the Machine control line. These target monuments are made to hold an acrylic target with cross hairs made inside the target. This allows precise alignment of our transits each and every time to the control line of your machine. This allows us to align your machinery / Rolls to +or - .001" throughout the entire machine. We can install/ relocate your new or old machinery. We offer laser shaft/coupling alignment using the optline shaft alignment systems. We offer coupling alignment using dial indicators also. We have millwrights and maintenance mechanics if you need assistance.
