I have been in this field since 1999 when I began a company with a partner. We worked together for several years in design and drafting. Since then I have worked on the development of two subdisivisions, several residential and commercial plans. I have worked with homeowners as a consultant during the construction of their own home for both the structural and interior design. I also worked as a drafting instructor for a small community college. I would love the opportunity to work with you on the design of your new home, renovation or addition. My creative skills are a necessity to all of your designing concepts. I have the ability to work well with both individuals or contractors for any of your construction requests. I am able to understand the design needs and wants of my clients and convert them into a working set of drawings. Both the design and financial restraints are taken into consideration when drafting your plans. I respect time limits and work within any deadlines that may arise. I have designed homes as small as 800 square feet to homes as large as 12,000+ square feet. I design strip malls and small business offices. I work in all surrounding parishes within a 40 mile radius. I work closely with an engineer who certifies all of my work for both residential and commercial.
