For over 30 years, Spanjer Homes has been a small to medium-sized builder in Northern Colorado known for its one-of-a-kind custom homes, its attention to fine woodworking, and for the value that comes with owning a Spanjer built home. Spanjer Homes has extensive experience building age-in place homes, multi-generational homes, green building and energy efficient features, as well as remodeling existing homes. We work in Fort Collins, Loveland, Wellington, Windsor, Timnath and surrounding areas. Spanjer Homes has been awarded the Custom Home Pacesetter Award (1996), BBB Torch Award for Business Ethics (2010) and is a two-time Builder of the Year (1992 & 2011).
