Tolerances of .0001 or less are capable in exotic materials such as titanium, carbide, CPM, tool steel, copper, aluminum, etc. Our core competency began with Wire EDM, Conventional EDM, and EDM Drill. Present other in-house capabilities include: Precision Surface Grinding, Precision Machining and Heat Treat. Spark Technologies has a dedicated Final Inspection Department to provide the documentation of dimensional compliance for each customer component. Our CAD department is equipped with Auto CAD, Mastercam, and DP Technology software. Translators provide us the capability to print
