Children can benefit greatly from a class devoted to their special needs and skills. Special Abilities Karate is excited to offer this recreational sport therapy for everyone, no exceptions. Our students learn important skills and habits that will last a lifetime; self motivation, perseverance, self-confidence, how to work with others, determination, and how to surpass limitations. Our non-violent approach to martial arts allow students to develop their full potential.Our approach to self defense skills does not frighten the students, but rather empoweres them by teaching prevention and protection skills. The skills and activities of our classes result in a new sense of self-confidence that carries over to all aspects of home and school life.We are a non-contract school.
