Since the 1970s, the principals of Spectrum Engineering, Inc. have been involved in the planning, design, and permitting of real estate development and public works projects in southwest Florida. We are proud of the reputation we have earned, since coming together to form Spectrum Engineering in 1987, for providing a high level of service, and performing within our clients' budget and time constraints. Spectrum's principals are involved hands-on in every project from concept through permitting through construction.
