Since 1995 we have service Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and dozens of other public and private lenders and investors. Taking a trashed foreclosure home and making it a market ready, ready to live in home is our specialty. Through this we became experts at mold remediation and water damage cleanup and restorations. And it followed that once the mold was gone, the source needed to be mitigated as well. So that brought us to waterproofing, drainage and moisture controls.
