Executives Pat Stoup (CEO) and Lynn Muska (President/CFO) are highly unprofessional. Pat is a proud supporter of the "Kirk Carlson" management style: yelling, cussing, berating, & jumping to negative conclusions about one's work performance without having all of the facts. Lynn Muska sets people up for failure/career suicide, thrives on drama, and is manipulative and untrustworthy. This is a toxic environment with people who have no idea how to manage professionals. The morale at headquarters is often very low. There is no work/life balance, as you are expected to answer phone calls and emails while your are on vacation or at a funeral. They refuse to put promises (especially those regarding bonuses) in writing; they won't honor oral promises. They use outdated technology and processes. They lie to the Federal Government about their high turnover rates in RFP responses. They keep a Russian call girl on the payroll who provides no company services yet gets a high salary.
