Stage II Transitional Housing, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization transitional housing Semi-Private Housing Program for homeless women with afflictions faciing social process issues offering supportive services for taiored specifically for the individua needs of the clients. Our tranined staff or knowlegeabe professionals trained to assess and provide quality care for the purpose of re-integration in to society. Our Program Structure will address behavioral issues, life skills, mediation, iindividual service plans monitoring the progress of individual clients. We will provide for the medical need of our clients as well as the daily needs of everyday living.
