My greatest joy is watching the excited expression on my clients face when I hand them the keys to their new home, or the seeing their eyes light up when giving them their settlement check at closing from the sale of their home.I started my real estate career in 1985, in Seattle Washington originally trained as a Commercial Agent specializing in Motels; Apartment Buildings; and Office Buildings. I was young and enjoyed the thrill and stress of multi-million dollar transactions.In 1990 I moved to Northern California and worked in both Commercial and Residential real estate sales until 1999 when I moved to Arizona near my 4 brothers and sister whom were all living here. I decided to slow down to enjoy life more changing my focus to just residential sales.
