Sub Zero is the largest Liquid Nitrogen ice cream company in the world. Opening in early 2005 and patenting the process. Our goal was to take Ice Cream to the next level of customization. Made to order per person. Yes we got rid of the freezers from the ice cream business. So now you get to choose everything about what is made for you, right before your eyes. 1. Pick you Ice Cream Mix. - Premium, Custard, Lowfat, Lactose Free, Rice Milk, Almond Milk, Sorbet, Italian Ice. 2. What flavors would you like - We have 40 flavors and you can mix and match to create thousands of flavors. This makes your customization infinite. 3. Add a mixin if you want to. 4. Then we freeze. how hard do you want. (ask another ice cream store - Can you make it a little harder or softer?) 5. Add a cone.
