Sundance Roofing of South Florida was established in 2006 in the State of Florida as a Roofing Contracting Corporation which provides complete roofing services to both residential and commercial properties. Sundance Roofing is fully licensed and insured in the State of Florida. This company provides service for new construction projects as well as reroofs of any size in the fields of single family residence, multi family apartment buildings and commercial shopping centers. Michael Padron, Sundance Roofing President, has twenty-eight (28) years of roofing experience -in the State of Florida. Michael was a roofing inspector for Miami-Dade County General Service Administration (GSA). In addition, he has supervised numerous general construction renovation projects. Maryluz Padron, the secretary has twenty-three (23) years of office management and secretarial experience. Maryluz is also a Florida Registered Paralegal with the Florida Bar. Harold Clokey, is the company's general manager and has over thirty (30) years of experience in roofing service, including but not limited to, leak detections, maintenance service. Rincon Constant is the project manager and salesperson for the company and has twenty (20) years of roofing experience in the South Florida area.
