We would give negative stars if we could! The owner Frank cannot commit to anything especially after he has your money. They will tell you its ready and then you send freight companies to pick up merchandise, but its not ready to go for your truckers. After sending 4 trucks that would not return to pick up from them because of the amount of time they made the truckers wait. I decided to leave my retail store and travel there hundreds of miles I might add only to be told it was not ready after being told it was finished by several people from Frank himself, the office staff, and the production people. It was completed for two weeks and they knew we were coming! Save the headache, beware of the criminal and habitual lying person that you are dealing with. After all the aggravation, beware of any other furniture manufacturer names that they throw at you like ecclections because its the same people and location. We will file a complaint with the better business bureau, the attorney general, the FTC, and any other remedy we deem necessary to prove what they do to small retailers is morally reprehensible and financially devastating. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THAT THEY SAY!
