Sunshine Valley Ranch began in 2005 with the purchase of an ideal 60 acres of premium land in the Chicago Park area of Grass Valley, CA. The ranch is located at an elevation of 2,300 feet with a variety of exposures, in all directions, and rich deep clay loam soils throughout. Working closely with numerous talented individuals and local agencies, we've worked hard to bring our dream to reality. Our success continues to grow.
