If rating this place a 0 were an option, that would be my input. Andrea can't cut hair if her life depended on it. And their store manager has no place holding that title, Mary Ann. These people should be replaced if they want return customers or if they believe in word of mouth experiences! Unbelievable that a hair stylist would let a woman walk out looking like a drunk Edward Scissor Hands cut her hair! Then the store manager who clearly has no customer service, either needs some retraining or needs to work for places that don't deal in customer service! This place is just UNREAL!
