Business description

Martial Arts instruction, Leadership Skills and Life Skill Development, Adult Self Defense, Karate for Kids, Family Martial arts, Roanoke and Salem Va

We teach a family style martial arts program. Families come looking to see their children improve their Focus, Discipline, Confidence and ability to set Goals for themselves. Most parents will see improvement in behavior and grades at school very quickly. Adults come looking for the Physical Fitness and Self Defense aspect. We are based on 3 martial arts styles: Taekwondo helps with improving your fitness using kicks and punches much like a kickboxing class to increase cardio and tone. Aikido is incorporated using your stronger muscles against their weaker ones (the same style as Steven Segall uses) incorporating joint locks and manipulation. Krav Maga is what the Israeli military uses for adult self defense using close range elbow and knees strikes. This program is a blast!
