As a Home Manager with over twenty years' experience, I offer a comprehensive list of necessary skills that are necessary in the day-to-day operation of the home. As well as handling physical tasks such as appointments, coordinating vendors/repair, I am also a coordinating person in the home, valuable in communicating with principals and staff so that jobs to be completed are done in a timely manner. Concierge duties are as important as mending socks or helping Chef with prep. Being able to return to task after the many detours in a day is prime to the efficient working of the home.
