We specialize in producing, repairing, and modifying wood, metal, and plastic patterns using a variety of processes including CNC machining, traditional woodworking techniques, and by pouring urethane plastic. We routinely produce new patterns from existing parts provided by the customer. We make metal, plastic, and wood molds and related items for the vacuum form plastic industry as well. We use Solidworks as our design software and Mastercam as our CAM software and have the capability to work with digital files provided by the customer. We are open Monday through Friday and our hours of operation are 7am to 3:30 pm Eastern time.
