SWTR's focus for a client is recovery of revenue from sales tax, charged in error by vendors/suppliers on goods, services, supplies and labor.

Our management has been in this business for 16 years. The SWTR Group, Inc. was incorporated in January, 2002. During that time we have performed nearly 6,000 sales tax recoveries, in 28 states. We are Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Houston members, accredited and certified, with an A+ rating. We are not CPAs and do not do offer routine CPA services. We are sales tax law experts and it is extremely rare for a CPA firm to provide any of our services. We also specialize in Mixed Beverage and Sales Tax Audit Defense.
