Born in Saigon, Vietnam, Dr. Ung graduated from the University of Central Florida, magna cum laude, and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She comanages refractive and cataract surgery, and performs comprehensive eye exams for glasses and contact lenses. She is the Advertising and Public Relations liaison for Texan Eye. Dr. Ung volunteers locally and abroad, doing eye care mission work with VOSH International. She is named one of America's Top Optometrists by the Consumers' Research Council. Before joining Texan Eye in 2006, she worked at Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans, LA. She is fluent in Vietnamese.
