Business description
Vintage log establishment has a full menu, dance floor, live bands on Friday nights, fish fry and all you can eat frog legs. Beer to go & ice.
Finding the perfect restaurant with that north woods feel can be hard to find but Taffletown Tavern boasts not only a dining area but a large vintage log cabin dance hall. Constructed in the 1930's, the timbers to Taffletown were hand cut & floated down the Waterhole Creek. Most of the tables are the original hand made pine tables. The current owners have polished the place up and have kept the north woods feel with elk and bear mounts. Perfect place to have a beer and a burger and stretch your legs on a rainy camp day. Friday nights are all you can eat fish & frog legs & also live local bands liven up the dance floor. Friendly service and a speedy kitchen, a pool table to use while you wait. Beer to go is available as well as ice for the campers. Best log cabin in the middle of nowhere!
