Tahoe Gold Mining and Refining Company staked 8 contiguous unpatented mineral claims in Millard County, Utah approximately 120 miles southwest of Salt Lake City, Utah and 20 miles northwest of Fillmore, Utah that we intend to conduct mineral exploration activities on in order to assess whether it contains any commercially exploitable mineral reserves. We control a 100% interest in the Gold Nugget 4 project and claims are held in Tahoe Company name. The region is known for its tremendous volcanic explosion 15,500 years ago, primed superheated steam erupts underwater, spewing enough volcanic ash and cinders high into the atmosphere to turn day into night. Tahoe mineral properties lie on the volcanic sediment at the western foot of Pahvant Butte Volcano which washed into Lake Bonneville.
