Taiga Taekwondo has been serving the Arnold and St. Louis Metro area for over 10 years. Whether you are a beginner or a well seasoned veteran of Taekwondo we have something for you. Taiga Taekwondo offers many speciality classes from a 4 to 7 yr old class (Tiny Taigas) with a qualified Speech Language Pathologist as the instuctor to competitive olympic style taekwondo classes for the serious competitor looking to make a national team. When you train at Taiga Taekwondo you will have every opportunity to become the martial arts you set out to be and don't be surprised if you see a current or past national taekwondo team member working out with you throughout the year.
