Tang Soo Do Karate Academy offers training and instruction in the martial art of Tang Soo Do to children ages 4 and up, teens, adults, seniors, special needs students and families. Tang Soo Do Karate Academy has been serving the community for 25 years. Tang Soo Do is an ancient Korean art which teaches empty hand and foot fighting, fighting forms, self-defense and weapons. The goal of Tang Soo Do is the development of the whole student and the attainment of a healthy and harmonious life. Through rigorous training, students achieve the benefits of superb physical fitness and self-defense techniques while fostering greater respect, discipline, self-control, balance, coordination, focus and concentration.
