I provide friendly home computer service and computer consulting, including training and purchase advice.

I have worked on personal computers since 1987 professionally and as a hobby. I have never let the computer win - I have learned what is necessary to really repair computers (and what is not), and don't rely on one source for my knowledge; I use many sources on the internet and temper it with my own extensive experience. I am not afraid to re-learn. Being very knowledgeable in both software and hardware, I'm extremely comfortable with all versions of Windows through Windows 7.
