Please, do yourself a favor and avoid dealing with this organization who works with such people as Martin Scheier. He is dishonest person and a liar. We signed an agreement for renting a house for a couple of days for $1700 where I had to pay $2000 in front and he was supposed to get me back deposit of $300. mind you, the deposit was supposed to arrive one week after we left that house. A couple weeks after our stay in the house I don't hear anything from him, so I called to remind about the deposit. his response: "oh yes, sure sure, i forgot." a week later I am getting a check for $125 stating "$175 deducted for cleaning services" even though we cleaned all the garbage from the house and put in garbage cans in front of the house how we agreed beforehand with Martin. Mind you, there was never one mention about any cleaning services in lease agreement or over conversations with him before of after our stay. after trying to reach him and ask for my $175 back he just hangs up and don't pick the phone!! please, do not make my mistake and deal with this terrible person and this organization. best of luck.
