With 40 years+ in the restoration industry, most of those years in Florida, I am well versed with on-site assessments, which provides a realistic evaluation of a building's exterior façade to identify maintenance requirements, specifically assembly performance and overall waterproofing/weatherproofing requirements. This leads to a plan of action of developing a specific scope of work and product specification designed to provide the ultimate protection suited for a particular building's requirements. Lastly is to provide a value, based on the above findings. I interact with representatives of most major material manufactures, whose products are designed specifically to repair and protect a building's façade against one of the world's harshest coastal environments, the Gulf of Mexico.
