We, Carlos J. Barillas and Gregory A. Schmidt, are the principals in this dynamic civil engineering and land surveying firm. The initials of our firm -T.E.A.M. - say a whole lot about how we approach our business. This philosophy has been instrumental in providing quality technical services to our clients that gets the job done. We have managed projects with over sixty-five years of combined experience. This experience is wide-ranging, covering such areas as boundary, topographic and construction surveying, subdivision plats, detailed engineering plans and specifications for many kinds of projects and construction phase services. We also provide feasibility studies for potential development projects, including such areas as drainage, flood plain, utilities, streets, railroads, etc.
