We are the only martial arts school with direct access to a 9th degree Korean grandmaster. This ensures the quality and authenticity of our program. Head Instructor Phillip Henry is 4th degree black belt, certified personal trainer, Optimum Performance Trainer for Youth, APEX Fitness Professional, Resistance Training Specialist and is a CPR/First Aid/ AED instructor. This means that he understands biomechanics and human physiology and can create classes that are safe and offers optimum health benefits. Don't trust your, or your child's, health to just anyone. We also offer a separate viewing area for parents not taking class. This area features free WiFi, HDTV, magazines, games, comfortable furniture and more. Relax while you wait.
